items are fragile. We do our best to provide the best quality of our products and therefore ensure packaging is secure before transit. However, due to the fragility of the item, some of the contents may break during transit. Be sure to keep out of direct sunlight and properly seal the bag if opened before use.

We also offer delivery in a 30 mile radius for a 5.00 fee and free porch pickup.

Late Pickup Policy

Orders must be picked up at the scheduled time agreed upon at booking. If you are unable to make your pickup window, please notify me as soon as possible.

📌 No-Show Without Notice: Orders not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled time, without communication, will be considered forfeited. No refunds will be issued.

📌 Rescheduling Pickup: If you contact me ahead of time, I’ll do my best to reschedule your pickup within 24 hours subject to availability.
